Ora Gladstone – Acting Board Chair
Ora Gladstone is a retired music educator and longtime advocate for arts access and community engagement. Her Peace Corps Response service in Liberia introduced her to ANAM’s mission, and she continues to support music education, community learning, and creative opportunities for children and families.
Dr. Athi Msutu – Director, AMQ Advisory
Dr. Athi Msutu is a management consultant and founder of AMQ Advisory, bringing more than a decade of leadership experience in consulting and governance. She holds a PhD in Organic Chemistry and is a Certified Director with the Institute of Directors South Africa. Dr. Msutu provides strategic insight and a global perspective to ANAM Georgia’s Board of Directors.
Margareth Miguel – Professional Singer & Music Educator
Margareth Miguel is a Brazilian-born vocalist, conductor, and music educator with more than 25 years of international experience. She holds advanced degrees in church music and vocal performance and has led choirs, workshops, and performances in the U.S. and abroad. Margareth supports ANAM Georgia’s mission by helping make music education accessible, inclusive, and inspiring for every child.
Dr. Gregory (Greg) Finkbonner – Education Leader & Adjunct Professor
Dr. Gregory (Greg) Finkbonner brings decades of experience in educational leadership and youth development. He serves as an Executive Staff Advisor within the Kentucky Department of Juvenile Justice and as an adjunct professor at Grand Canyon University. Dr. Finkbonner supports ANAM Georgia’s mission by promoting whole-child learning, mentorship, and academic growth through music and education
Augustin K. Brown (Gus) – Controller, Wellroot Family Services
Augustin K. Brown (Gus) is a nonprofit finance leader with extensive experience in accounting, budgeting, and organizational sustainability. As Controller at Wellroot Family Services, he oversees financial operations and supports mission-driven growth through strong fiscal strategy and governance. Gus brings financial leadership and operational insight to ANAM Georgia’s Board of Directors.
Samson S. Tarpeh – Founder | Executive Director
Samson S. Tarpeh is the founder of the Agape National Academy of Music (ANAM) and a passionate advocate for using music as a tool for healing, education, and community transformation. Originally from Liberia, he established ANAM to provide safe, creative learning spaces for young people through music and mentorship. Today, he leads ANAM Georgia, expanding access to free, community-based music education for children and families, and serves as Deputy Director of “The Art Center” in Johns Creek, Georgia, bringing both organizational leadership and arts administration experience to his work.
